App Progress and Feature Unlocking

The iEvolve application uses your in-app activity data (such as how long you have engaged with a feature) to unlock additional content and features as you progress through the experience, similar to how a video game unlocks levels based on your activity.

This process is based on objective usage criteria and does not involve profiling, scoring, or making significant decisions about you as a person.

 

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.

We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate our business and services, including providers related to:

  • Website hosting (Wix)

  • Customer relationship management and booking (GoHighLevel)

  • Cloud storage and app infrastructure

  • Analytics

  • Authentication

  • Payment processing (Stripe, PayPal)

These providers are contractually permitted to access information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Data Retention

  • Sensitive Personal Information (journal entries, emotional reflections, transformation goals, progress data): Retained for the duration of your active account. Upon a verified account deletion request, this data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

  • Payment and transaction records: Retained for 7 years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with IRS recordkeeping requirements and California business record standards.

  • Coaching session records and communications: Retained for 4 years from the date of the last service, consistent with California’s statute of limitations for written agreements.

  • App usage and analytics data: Retained for up to 2 years in identifiable form, after which it may be aggregated or de-identified.

  • Support and inquiry records: Retained for 2 years from the date of the last interaction.

  • Legal hold: If legal proceedings are initiated or reasonably anticipated, we may retain relevant data beyond the above periods until the matter is resolved.

When data reaches the end of its retention period, it is securely deleted or de-identified.

You may request deletion of your data at any time as described in the Account Deletion section below.

 

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the event of a data breach affecting your rights and freedoms, we will notify affected users as required by applicable law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website, app, or services and may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Our services are intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
